Kolter Homes earned three awards during the 46th Annual OBIE Awards for Cresswind at Spring Haven, including two Gold and one Silver award. The awards honor the community’s approach to home design and resort-style living, from flexible floor plans to experiences that bring residents together.

The Sydney plan won Gold in the Single-Family Builder Detached category for homes priced from $700,000 to $799,999. Designed for entertaining, the open layout connects the kitchen, dining area and great room, with large windows overlooking the lanai. Spacious bedroom suites and a central flex room provide privacy from the main living areas, while options for an in-law suite or bonus room offer added flexibility.

Cresswind at Spring Haven also received a Gold OBIE for Best Amenity Package in communities with 500 or more units at build-out. At Club Cresswind, residents can start the day with a workout, explore their creative side in the art studio or meet neighbors for a game of pickleball. Poolside afternoons and gatherings at the event lawn and bandshell add more ways to enjoy time together.

The community was awarded a Silver OBIE in the 55+ Housing Community of the Year category, recognizing the community for its cohesive approach to resort-style living in Newnan.

“It’s rewarding to see Cresswind at Spring Haven honored at the OBIE Awards,” said Andrew Hitch, community director at Cresswind at Spring Haven. “Our team cares about getting the details right and creating a community where people feel comfortable and connected. These awards are a great reflection of that effort.”

Presented annually by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, the OBIE Awards recognize achievement in homebuilding, remodeling, marketing and personal excellence across metro Atlanta’s housing industry.
