Leadership Georgia, one of the oldest and most successful leadership training programs in the country, has opened an executive search for a Director of Operations. The Chason Group (TCG) has been selected by the Board of Trustees to lead the search process.

The Director is accountable for and provides guidance to all LG team members. The new executive will also be responsible for leadership and management of the overall success of LG and will work closely with the Board, Finance Committee, and Selections Committee to oversee strategic initiatives.

The position requires an individual with five years of leadership experience working with a non-profit organization(s), event management firm, marketing, and/or development; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would produce the necessary knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the Director's responsibilities.
