On March 5th, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce hosted the third annual Women Who Lead event. More than 200 women attended the event at Town Stage at Trilith Studios in Fayetteville. Nzinga Shaw, President & CEO, Attack the Glass, LLC., delivered the keynote address. A full list of speakers, panelists, and moderators can be found below.
The Georgia Chamber’s Women Who Lead event convenes business executives, community leaders, business owners, and more. The event inspires, addresses challenges and setbacks, and ultimately focuses on how women can lead and overcoming obstacles while providing best practices for women in Georgia.
Audra L. Cunningham, EVP & Chief Administrative Officer T. Dallas Smith & Company and 2025 Operations Committee Vice Chair for the Georgia Chamber said:
“For businesses to succeed, they must have women who lead. That’s why the Georgia Chamber hosts our annual Women Who Lead event, to continue inspiring women to take our seat in the boardroom and show why investing in women is investing in your bottom line too. As a woman in the C-suite in commercial real estate, I’ve seen firsthand how diverse leadership fosters creativity and resilience. My journey in this industry—navigating challenges without traditional mentorship and breaking barriers as a woman of color—has taught me that representation matters. When women lead, we not only influence boardroom decisions but also inspire the next generation to dream bigger. The Georgia Chamber thanks everyone who made the 2025 Women Who Lead event a success, and we look forward to forging more partnerships so women can continue leading in their workplace.”
Tasha Allen, Vice President of Talent Management and Diversity for the Georgia Chamber said:
“Putting women in positions to lead is part of the DNA of the Georgia Chamber. Nearly two thirds of our staff are women, and we’ve made a concerted effort to empower women in their roles so they can lead at the Chamber. As Georgia continues to grow more diverse, we hope that this becomes a model for the business community, and women will lead Georgia’s work to remain the number one state to do business.”
