Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Wednesday, February 26th, 2025

The University of West Georgia’s Continuing Education program is inviting community members to take advantage of its Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) classes. These courses are open to everyone, not just university students. No admission to UWG is required, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in healthcare.

For over a decade, the university’s CNA program has helped individuals gain the skills needed to enter the medical field. Now, these classes are available at UWG’s beautiful Newnan location on weekdays. At the Carrollton campus, interested CNA students can choose from both weekday and weekend options to fit their schedules.

Healthcare agencies are also encouraged to connect with UWG Continuing Education to explore training opportunities. For more information or to register, reach out to Dale Fleming, at [email protected] or call at 678-839-6612. Take the first step toward a rewarding career in healthcare today!
