West Georgia Technical College Hosts Annual Haas Demo Day

West Georgia Technical College (WGTC) recently hosted Haas Factory Outlet for the Georgia Haas Demo Day in the state-of-the-art Gene Haas Precision Machining Lab at its Carroll Campus. The event, which attracted participants from all over Georgia and surrounding states, showcased the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and gave attendees the opportunity to experience innovative machinery firsthand.
Haas Automation, the largest machine tool builder in the United States, is renowned for its innovative and high-quality CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment. The Haas Demo Day is an annual event that travels to various educational institutions and manufacturing facilities across the country, offering live demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and in-depth insights into the future of manufacturing.
During Haas Demo Day, attendees were treated to live demonstrations of Haas tools and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and rotary products. The event also featured hands-on sessions where participants could interact with the equipment. Representatives from Haas Factory Outlet and Phillips Corporation were on hand to answer questions and discuss the latest trends shaping the future of manufacturing.
