CBRE has announced the sale of two medical office buildings on the campus of Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia, a southern suburb of Atlanta. Totaling 192,363 sq. ft., the portfolio of buildings was acquired by a joint venture between Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors L.P.

Lee Asher, Zack Holderman, Jordan Selbiger, Trent Jemmett and Cole Reethof of CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets practice represented the seller, Piedmont Healthcare, in the transaction.

Located at 1265 & 1267 Highway 54 in Fayetteville, approximately 20 miles south of downtown Atlanta, the two medical office buildings are directly connected to Piedmont Fayette Hospital, a 282-bed award-winning facility with 90% market share within a 10-mile radius. Piedmont Healthcare occupies 63% of the portfolio and recently signed new 15-year leases at both buildings. Services it offers at the facility include surgery, orthopaedics, oncology, cardiology, and pulmonary/critical care. The two buildings are currently 97% leased with a roster of tenants featuring leading regional physician groups.
