Trilith Earns Trio of Trophies at Best in American Living Awards

Trilith and its builders guild took home three Best in American Living awards at this year’s ceremony presented by the National Association of Home Builders. The mixed-use development won the distinguished Game Changer award for its innovation and design influences as well as gold in Detached Home up to 2,000 sq. ft. for its newest Micro Village and platinum in Single-Family Community, 100 Units & Over for its master-planned community and amenities.
At the fifth annual Best in American Living Awards ceremony in Las Vega on February 1, the National Association of Home Builders recognized outstanding achievements in design and builds throughout the country.

Known as a mixed-use development focusing on art, greenspace and architecture, Trilith earned awards in the following categories:
The Game Changer - PLATINUM
Detached Home up to 2,000 sq. ft., Built for Sale – Micro Home 3 – GOLD
Single-Family Community, 100 Units & Over – Trilith – PLATINUM
Reflecting Trilith’s innovation, the Game Changer award honors community’s which have a proven influence over the residential design and housing industry. This award recognizes the town’s walkability, classical architecture, high functionality and geothermal capabilities in every home as well as a curated retail and restaurant district.
“Our team’s goal is to craft a well-balanced town with a harmonious blend of artistic elements for beautiful spaces and thoughtfully designed homes for every day comfort,” said Brett Baker, director of residential construction at Trilith. “The National Association of Home Builders’ recognition of that work validates our creativity and dedication to both the artistic and practical side of our homes and shops.”
Trilith’s Micro Village III garnered the gold award for its collection of six Georgian-style tiny homes. This is the community’s third micro village which follows a Woodlands-theme village and Provencal-inspired village, all created to provide a unique escape for residents.
Finally, the community received the platinum award for Single-Family Community, 100 Units & Over which recognizes its master-plan incorporating fresh architecture, variety of retailers and sustainable elements including greenspace and walking trails.
