SEG was named to Fortune’s 2022 Best Workplaces in Retail list which recognizes the top 20 companies for high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie among employees. To determine the Best Workplaces in Retail in 2022, Fortune partnered with global people analytics firm Great Place to Work to analyze survey feedback representing more than 72,000 U.S. employees.

The grocer’s people-first culture has also garnered recognition this year by The Silicon Review® as one of the 30 Fabulous Companies of the Year and in Newsweek’s list of America’s Most Trusted Companies.
