Drawdown Georgia Announces Climate Solutions & Equity Grant

The Drawdown Georgia Climate Solutions & Equity Grant is an exciting new grant opportunity that aims to support efforts that advance climate solutions and prioritize equity in Georgia.

A group of five Georgia-based foundations have come together to support this inaugural effort. It will fund at least four, two-year grants that are up to $100,000 per year for work to be conducted in 2023-2024.

Eligibility

The primary applicant must be a US-based non-profit organization with 501c(3) tax status OR must partner with a fiscal agent who has 501(c)3 status. Additionally, the primary applicant may choose to partner with up to two other organizations; these co-applicants can be other nonprofit organizations, local governments, or other groups.

Deadlines

Letters of Introduction due August 31, 2022
Finalists announced September 21, 2022
Full proposals from finalists due October 26, 2022
Grant awards announced December 5, 2022
