Every state had unemployment claims last week that were lower than before the pandemic except for New Jersey, Texas, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Wyoming, Rhode Island, California, Alaska, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Indiana, Michigan, Utah, Ohio, Kansas, New York, Kentucky, and D.C.
