The Fayette County Board of Education will hold a public hearing and comment session for the upcoming 2020 fiscal year proposed budget on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 7 p.m. and on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the school system’s district office located at 205 LaFayette Avenue, building A,  in Fayetteville.

The purpose of the hearings is to provide an opportunity for the public to give input on the proposed budget.

A copy of the aggregate proposed budget will available for public review on May 20 on the system’s website, www.fcboe.org. The Fayette County Board of Education is scheduled to adopt the final budget at its monthly board meeting on June 17, 2019 starting at 7 p.m.
