The Georgia DOT is advising motorists in Coweta County that film crews will be shooting scenes for a movie utilizing a stretch of Georgia 16 from Gordon Road to Pinecrest Drive on a few days in upcoming weeks. The crew will have intermittent lane closures for both eastbound and westbound lanes of traffic on those days. 

An intermittent lane closure occurs when a roadway is restricted to traffic, but for only 3-5 minutes at a time. Crew members and law enforcement officers will be on site to enact the brief closures, and motorists are urged to pay close attention to any signals and the overall traffic situation during such activity.

When: The film shoot days and times are:

Saturday, Feb. 16 and Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019, from 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. each day

Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
