Mike Patterson, CCIM and the sales team of Commercial Realty Services of West Georgia are the Argus Self Storage Sales Network broker affiliates representing the state of Georgia. Jane has owned and developed large and small storage facilities and has been in the commercial real estate investment and self-storage industries since 2006 where she engaged in all aspects including: site selection & development; feasibility studies; zoning; lease up; exit strategies; business plans; managing successful facilities; construction; project management; implementing procedures and policies for daily operations; training managers; and maximizing revenues by pushing rental rates.

Jane attended the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. She holds a BA in Accounting from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia and is also a CCIM candidate. Prior to her role with Commercial Realty Services of West Georgia, she was a financial controller for asset portfolios valued at over $35M for industries that include self-storage, retail sales, call centers, timber companies and real estate development.
