Probe is an annual program of college fairs and guidance counselor workshops that are held throughout the state of Georgia. The program is managed by the Georgia Education Articulation Committee, whose sole mission is to disseminate information and stimulate interest in post-secondary education for students in Georgia. CEC Counselor Dawn revere organizes the local Probe event.

High school juniors and seniors from all Coweta high schools will have opportunities to meet with higher education representatives to ask questions about their institutions and schedule tours. The Georgia Student Finance Commission will also be in attendance to talk about the financial aid opportunities such as FAFSA and the HOPE scholarship.

The Probe Fair will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at CEC’s campus at 160 Martin Luther King Drive in Newnan. CEC will also hold their annual Open House during the evening.  For more information, contact CEC at 678-423-2000, Ext. 292.
