The Georgia Department of Labor and Goodwill Industries will co-sponsor a recruitment for Variety Wholesalers, Inc. to hire over 100 employees to work in Newnan’s distribution center.

The recruitment will be held on Wednesday, March 1, from 12 noon to 7 p.m. at the Variety Wholesalers, Inc. located at 60 Herring Road in Newnan.

The company is recruiting administrative assistants, commercial driver’s license drivers, forklift operators, processing managers and warehouse associates.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, applicants must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or a General Education Diploma is required.

All applicants are required to have at least one year of related experience.

The company will conduct a drug-screening test and criminal background check on selected applicants.
