GDOL to Help Yachiyo Recruit Workers in Carrollton

The Georgia Department of Labor will help Yachiyo Manufacturing of America recruit a number of workers as part of an expansion of its existing facility in Carrollton. The auto-parts supplier manufactures plastic fuel tanks and sunroofs.
The recruitment will be held Tuesday, Aug. 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Burson Center located at 500 Old Bremen Road in Carrollton. GDOL staff will be on site to assist with screening the applicants.
The company is recruiting associates in manufacturing and technical support services, along with a manufacturing manager and an accounting coordinator.
Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old. Those who apply for the associate positions must have a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma. The manufacturing manager and accounting coordinator must have specialized training or education in their field.
