Walter Jones is New Publisher of the Newnan Times-Herald

Walter C. Jones, an experienced Georgia journalist, is publisher of the Newnan Times-Herald effective today.
Jones has been director of news services for Morris News Service/Augusta Chronicle since January 1997. He worked for the Griffin Daily News as a staff writer and has held consulting and management positions with Square Service, Inc. and Phillips Publishing, Inc.
