Author and Relationship Expert, Alexis Nicole White will speak at West Georgia Technical College on Monday, February 8, 2016 to discuss the importance of emotional health. With her topic, "Don't cry over spoiled milk," she inspires young women to be transparent, fearless and resilient. Alexis will discuss what emotional abuse is, how it is often undetected and how to escape toxic relationships.
"It is important that young women know the signs of unhealthy relationships and understand the effects of subscribing to them," says Alexis.
