The Peach State is a decent place to retire, due largely to affordability, according to a new report from WalletHub.

Georgia ranks 20th out of the 50 states in the report. The state is 12th for affordability, 25th for quality of life and 44th for health care.

Broken down in more detail, Georgia’s rankings (1 is the best, 25 is average):

  • 8th – Annual Cost of In-Home Services

  • 15th – Adjusted Cost of Living

  • 23rd – Theaters per Capita

  • 24th – WalletHub ‘Taxpayer’ Ranking

  • 37th – Percent of Employed Residents Aged 65 & Older

  • 37th – Number of Health-Care Facilities per Capita

  • 39th – Museums per Capita

  • 41st – Life Expectancy

  • 44th – Property-Crime Rate

  • 47th – Percent of the Population Aged 65 & Older
