J. Smith Lanier & Co., one of the country’s oldest and largest independent insurance brokerage firms, is pleased to announce the stock merger with Rogers, Parker & Associates, Inc., of Florence, Alabama, with J. Smith Lanier & Co. effective December 1, 2015.
