Continuing our efforts to help close the digital divide and connect people wherever they live and work, AT&T is expanding our superfast fiber network to serve more residential and small business locations across the Fayetteville community.

This week, AT&T announced availability of AT&T Fiber to more than 6,000 customer locations in parts of the Fayetteville community. These locations are part of the more than 25,000 customer locations in Fayette County that currently have access to AT&T Fiber.

“AT&T’s continued investment in Fayetteville is a welcome investment that will provide more Fayetteville residents and small businesses with the connectivity they need to thrive,” said Fayetteville Mayor Edward Johnson. “This critical infrastructure will help our city meet the demands of today and build for the possibilities of tomorrow.”

“For Fayetteville to remain competitive in today’s world, access to fiber internet is a must. With AT&T Fiber, more Fayetteville residents and small businesses will have the high-speed internet access they need to develop new job skills, conduct business and connect with others,” said Leonardo McClarty, President and CEO, Fayette Chamber of Commerce. “This connectivity will help drive economic opportunities and improve the quality of life for Fayetteville residents.”
