Colony Bank has been named one of American Banker’s 2025 Best Banks to Work For, marking the first time the Bank has received this recognition and making it the only bank headquartered in Georgia to earn a spot on this year’s list.

Colony ranked No. 42 among the 90 banks recognized. The annual program, conducted by American Banker in partnership with Best Companies Group, is based on an anonymous employee survey and a thorough review of each institution’s workplace practices, benefits, and culture. The survey accounts for approximately 75% of the total score, underscoring the significance of team member experience in determining the final rankings.
