Ron Prox, Aviation Hall of Fame Board
Prox is a flight instructor and examiner for Delta Global Services. He previously was a pilot for Delta Air Lines Inc. and operated a Boeing 777 for the President of Gabon. Prox served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and has more than 40 years of experience flying commercial and military aircraft. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Elizabethtown College. Prox has two children and resides in Roswell. 

Christine Butcher Hayes, Board of Commissioners of the Superior Court Clerks’ Retirement Fund of Georgia
Hayes is the director of governmental affairs for the State Bar of Georgia. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida and a law degree from Emory University. Hayes and her husband, Jonathan, reside in Atlanta. 

Rick Story, Georgia Historical Records Advisory Council
Story is the vice president of economic development at North Georgia Technical College. He previously worked with the University of Georgia’s Archway Partnership. Story served as a congressional aide for 14 years, working for then-Congressman Nathan Deal and former U.S. Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. He is a member of the Rabun County Tourism Development Authority. Story is a deacon and youth leader at Clayton Baptist Church. He earned an associate degree from Young Harris College and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of West Georgia. Story resides in Clayton. 

Troy Bland, REACH Foundation Board
Bland is the chief operating officer of Bland Farms in Glennville. He is the chairman of the Vidalia Onion Committee and the Vidalia Business Council. Bland was named to The Packer newspaper’s “40 under 40” list. He and his wife, Mary Katelyn, reside in St. Simons.
