Georgia Governor Nathan Deal talks about declaring a state of emergency in response to Hurricane Irma, and also experiencing a record breaking snow storm in north Georgia. He also talks about starting a training program for lineman in the Technical College System as a way of better preparing Georgia for natural disasters.
